Few documents help when registering an offer to a Landlord/Seller to prove that you are a good tenant. These are submitted with the offer when you find your perfect comfy home.
Step 2: For Currently Employed (Ignore Step 2 if you are not Employed currently & proceed to Step 3)
The documents that landlords/sellers require with offer are:
1. Your Government Issued ID’s/Driving License
2. Employment Letter, Last Pay Stubs
3. Bank Account Statements(Optional) proving the salary deposits

5. Reference Letter (From your Employer and other people who may have known you in Canada)

1. A Guarantor willing to guarantee on your behalf and share documents listed in Step 2 & your Bank Account Statements proving financial strength

5. Lease Agreement (which will be prepared by us and signed by you)
6. Certified Deposit Cheque for first and last month or as agreed – upon acceptance of offer within 24 hours
